Nana Kwasi Okrah brings a wide breath of financial service experience through numerous consulting engagements in Africa, Europe & United States focused on product penetrations, divestitures, privatizations and mergers & acquisitions in the financial services industry as well as working stints with Wells Fargo Bank, Bank of America Merrill Lynch and the International Finance Corporation (IFC).


His work with Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s corporate strategy group focused on developing strategy related to mergers and acquisition; post-merger integration, global operations restructuring to name a few.


Nana Kwasi worked on multi-disciplinary deal teams related to acquisition and integration of U.S Trust Bank, LaSalle Bank and Merrill Lynch in the Bank of America enterprise.


Nana Kwasi is Senior VP at Wells Fargo Bank where he has held numerous roles. Most recently he was part of a team working on Wells Fargo’s global expansion into Europe and Asia determining product and country – entry approaches.


Prior to that, he was responsible for partnerships and cross sell strategy related to Wells Fargo Bank’s Energy; Power & Utilities and Financial Sponsors Groups.


Nana Kwasi is six sigma green belt certified, holds a B.A in Economics from the University of Ghana and an MBA from Harvard Business School..​
